摘  要:最近国家市场监督管理总局、卫健委等多个部门提倡发展快速检测方法和检测设备。快速检测可以极大地节约成本、减少人力物力,但更重要的是为我们节约宝贵的时间,本文通过混合配比不同标准物资,建立了使用X射线荧光光谱法快速检测出熔炼焊剂主要化学成分,通过多次实验分析结果的有效性和准确性,我们可以知道本方法具有操作简单,分析速度快,可节省大量人力以及试剂耗材等优点。Recently, the State Administration for Market Regulation, the National Health Commission and other authorities has advocated the development of rapid testing methods and equipment. Rapid detection can greatly save cost, reduce manpower, but what is more important for us to save valuable time, in this paper, through mixing ratio of different standard material, the use of X-ray fluorescence spectrometry is established rapidly detect the smelting flux main chemical composition, through the experiment many times and accuracy, the validity of the analysis results we can know that this method has simple operation, fast analysis speed, can save a lot of manpower and reagent consumables, etc.
