摘 要:本文以血清蛋白醋酸纤维薄膜(cellulose acetate membrane,CAM)电泳实验教学为实例,分五个阶段作为培养和提高学生综合分析能力的学习途径。通过实操训练,培养学生求实严谨的科学态度,进一步提高了学生综合分析能力,同时亦提高生物化学实验教学质量。Comprehensive analysis ability is a reflection of comprehensive quality. With the increasing demand of the society for high-quality talents, comprehensive analysis ability is becoming more and more important. In undergraduate teaching, teachers think more about how to strengthen students’ comprehensive analysis ability. This thesis took the experimental teaching of serum protein CAM electrophoresis as an example and discussed this problem. In the experimental teaching of CAM electrophoresis, we took five stages as the learning approach to cultivate and improve students’ comprehensive analytical ability. In the experimental report, students were guided to pay attention to the comprehensive analysis of the experimental results from three aspects. Through practical training, students were trained to be realistic and rigorous in scientific attitude, which further improved students’ comprehensive analysis ability and improved the teaching quality of biochemistry experiment.
