摘  要:以回收PS为聚合物基体,分别以铽配合物、锌配合物和铕配合物为发光中心,通过简单的溶液浇注成膜的方法制备了PS基三基色发光膜。发光膜在365nm紫外光照射下可分别发射出非常强的绿光、蓝光和红光。进一步通过三基色膜的叠加制作了白光LED器件。测试结果表明,器件的色坐标为(0.3789, 0.3842),色温为4070 K,显色指数高达95.5。Tri-color luminescence films based on polystyrene were prepared from recycling polystyrene by simple solution casting technique using terbium complex, zinc complex and europium complex as luminescence center, respectively. The luminescence films could emit strong green light, blue light and red light under 365 nm UV light, respectively. A white light LED device was fabricated by combining the tri-color luminescence films. The test results showed that the CIE coordinate and color temperature of the device were(0.3789, 0.3842) and 4070 K, respectively. The color rendering index of the device was as high as 95.5.
