摘  要:低碳烯烃是最重要的化工原料,对国民经济的良性运行与蓬勃发展起着至关重要的作用。煤制甲醇,甲醇制烯烃(methanol-to-olefins,MTO)的产业路线给现阶段我国石油资源紧缺的现状提出了新的解决途径。本论文主要讨论在MTO过程中,为解决反应催化剂SAPO-34结焦快、易失活等问题,在SAPO-34的制备过程中尝试用异丙醇铝与拟薄水铝石组成的混合物为铝源,以传统的硝酸钴为改性金属的引入剂,以硅溶胶为硅源,以磷酸为磷源、以三乙胺为模板剂,开展了甲醇制烯烃催化剂的制备及催化反应研究。研究了铝源的组成对乙烯、丙烯、丁烯选择性及甲醇转化率的影响。Low carbon olefins are the most important chemical raw materials, which play a vital role in the sound operation and vigorous development of national economy. Methanol-to-olefins(MTO) industry route provides a new solution to the current shortage of petroleum resources in China. This thesis mainly discuss in MTO process, in order to solve fast reaction of SAPO-34 coked catalyst and easy deactivation, try to use Isopropyl alcohol aluminum in the process of the preparation of SAPO-34 of a mixture of aluminum source, in the traditional nitric acid cobalt for modification of the introduction of metal agent, with silica sol as the silica source, with phosphoric acid as the phosphorus source, triethylamine as the template agent, to carry out the preparation and catalytic reaction of methanol to olefins catalyst research. The effects of aluminum source composition on the selectivity of ethylene, propylene and butene and methanol conversion were studied.
