摘 要:本次实验采用硝酸铝和氢氧化钾为原料,AlF3为添加剂,烧结工艺分别为950℃/10 h,950℃/15 h和950℃/20 h制备得到了团聚的α-Al2O3颗粒,采用X射线衍射仪和扫描电镜检测了颗粒的物相和形貌,并计算了团聚颗粒的平均直径,得出结论:产品为α-Al2O3;烧结工艺为950℃/20 h团聚颗粒的平均直径最小。Al(NO3)3 and KOH were used as raw materials and Al F3 was used as additives in this experiment.The agglomeratedα-Al2O3 particles were gained by the sintering process 950℃/10 h,950℃/15 h and 950℃/20 h respectively.X ray diffractometer and scanning electron microscope were used to detect the phase and morphology of particles respectively,and the average diameter of agglomerated particles was calculated,the result showed that the product isα-Al2O3;the average diameter of agglomerated particles is the smallest with sintering process of 950℃/20 h.
