摘  要:化工废水具有水质成分复杂、生物毒性大、可生化性差等特点,是废水处理中最难处理的废水之一,化学氧化法和混凝沉淀法是最常用的方法之一。本文利用KMn O4氧化特性以及反应产物的絮凝、吸附特性,研究了协同Fe Cl3混凝处理化工废水生化尾水的影响因素及出水DOM特征,结果表明:(1)KMn O4与Fe Cl3具有协同效应,能够提高有机污染的去除效果;(2)反应p H在7.5~8.5范围内处理效果最好,反应时间不大于15 min;(3)KMn O4强化Fe Cl3混凝处理主要去除尾水中疏水酸和非酸疏水物质,对亲水性有机污染去除效果较差。Chemical wastewater is one of the most difficult wastewater due to its complex water quality, high biological toxicity and poor biodegradability. The effluent of biochemical tail water is often difficult to meet the standard. Chemical oxidation and coagulation sedimentation are one of the most commonly used methods. Based on the oxidation characteristics of potassium permanganate and the flocculation and adsorption characteristics of reaction products, the feasibility and DOM characteristics of effluent of chemical wastewater were studied. The results showed that:(1) potassium permanganate and ferric chloride have synergistic effect, which can improve the removal of organic pollution;(2) the treatment effect is the best when the reaction pH is in the range of 7.5~8.5, the reaction time no more than 15 min;(3) potassium permanganate enhanced ferric chloride coagulation treatment mainly removed hydrophobic acid and non acid hydrophobic substances in tail water, and the removal effect of hydrophilic organic pollution was poor.
