摘 要:为农药厂含磷废水回用处理提供经验参考,采用膜集成工艺对农药厂生化出水进行了深度处理研究,通过改变运行参数,优化了工艺条件。结果表明:优化条件下,纳滤膜对磷的去除率达到了89%,纳滤回收率高达90%,通量高达10 L/m2/h以上;反渗透对磷去除率达到了97.5%,反渗透回收率高达90%,通量达到了5 L/m2/h以上;经膜法深度处理后的出水能够满足厂区回用水要求。In order to provide experience reference for the reuse treatment of phosphorus containing wastewater in pesticide plant, the advanced treatment of biochemical effluent from pesticide plant was studied by using membrane integrated process, and the process conditions were optimized by changing the operation parameters. The results showed that under the optimized conditions, the removal rate of phosphorus was 89 %, The recovery of nanofiltration is as high as 90 %, and the flux is as high as 10 L/m2/h;The removal rate of phosphorus by RO reached 97.5 %, the recovery rate of RO reached 90 %, and the flux reached 5 L/m2/h;The effluent after advanced treatment by membrane method can meet the requirements of plant water reuse.
