摘　　要：对首钢秘鲁铁矿20,000m3/d的反渗透海水淡化厂进行了简要介绍,并结合其集装箱模块式的特点,对其生产运行过程中的操作及检修要点进行了阐述,重点就砂滤系统、超滤系统、反渗透系统、仪表设备的运行的提出了合理化建议,对采用集装箱模块化膜集成技术的实际工程项目具有指导意义。In this paper, the 20,000 m3/d reverse osmosis desalination plant of Shougang Hierro Peru is briefly introduced considering the characteristics of its container modular, the key points of operation and maintenance in the production process are expounded, some reasonable suggestions are put forward on the operation of sand filter system, ultrafiltration system, reverse osmosis system and instrument equipments, which have guiding significance for the actual project of the container modular membrane integration technology.
