五白汤加减配合针灸治疗偏头痛的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察五白汤加减配合针刺治疗偏头痛的效果。方法:收集2019年1月至12月诊治的96例偏头痛患者,随机分为治疗组48例和对照组48例。治疗组给予五白汤加减,10 d为1个疗程,共3个疗程;配合针刺治疗每天1次,连续7 d为1个疗程,疗程间休息3 d,共3个疗程。对照组给予针灸治疗,共3个疗程。观察两组总有效率及视觉模拟评分(VAS)。结果:治疗组总有效率为93%(44/48),高于对照组的77%(37/48,P<0.05)。两组治疗后VAS评分均较前降低(P<0.05);且治疗组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:五白汤加减配合针灸治疗偏头痛疗效确切,值得临床应用推广。Objective:To observe the effect of addition and subtraction of Wubai decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of migraine.Methods:Ninety-six migraine patients diagnosed and treated from January to December 2019 were collected and randomly divided into a treatment group with 48 cases and a control group with 48 cases.The treatment group was given addition and subtraction of Wubai decoction,10 for 1 course,3 courses in total;combined with acupuncture treatment once a day for 7 consecutive days as a course of treatment,with 3 days of rest between treatments,for a total of 3 courses.The control group was given acupuncture treatment for 3 courses.The total effective rate and visual analog scale(VAS)of the two groups were observed.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93%(44/48),which was higher than that of the control group 77%(37/48)(P<0.05).The VAS score of both groups after treatment was lower than those before treatment(P<0.05);the VAS score of the treatment group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The addition and subtraction of Wubai decoction combined with acupuncture and moxibustion has a definite curative effect,which is worthy of clinical application.
