摘　　要：目的:探讨围绝经期妇女的围绝经期综合症及影响相关因素。方法:于2018年1月—2019年8月招募302名有围绝经期症状的围绝经期女性,年龄为41~60岁,平均年龄为(51.25±6.02)岁。采用改良的Kupperman Index(KMI)评分表调查围绝经期综合症及影响相关因素。结果:302名对象的平均KMI评分为(12.25±7.56)分。围绝经期综合症的检出率为27.8%。围绝经期症状中失眠的症状发生率高达64.24%。血脂、冠心病、卵巢疾病、慢性盆腔感染与围绝经期综合症发生有关。结论:围绝经期女性的健康干预应密切关注血脂异常,心脑血管疾病,睡眠障碍及卵巢相关疾病,健康干预还应关注女性健康的生育生活,避免感染发生。Objective:To investigate the perimenopausal syndrome of perimenopausal women and the influencing factors.Methods:From January 2018 to August 2019,302 perimenopausal women with perimenopausal symptoms were recruited,the age ranged from 41 to 60 years and the average age was(51.25±6.02)years.A modified Kupperman index(KMI)scale was used to investigate the perimenopausal syndrome and related factors.Results:The average KMI score of 302 subjects was(12.25±7.56).The detection rate of perimenopausal syndrome was 27.8%.The incidence of insomnia in perimenopausal symptoms was as high as 64.24%.Blood lipid,coronary heart disease,ovarian disease and chronic pelvic infection were related to perimenopausal syndrome.Conclusion:The health intervention for perimenopausal women should pay close attention to dyslipidemia,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,sleep disorders and ovarian-related diseases,the health intervention should pay attention to healthy reproductive life of women to avoid infection.
