人工皮移植在手足皮肤缺损创面治疗中的应用效果观察

摘  要:目的观察分析人工皮移植在手足皮肤缺损创面患者治疗中的应用效果。方法选取2019年3月至2020年3月东莞康华医院收治的40例手足皮肤缺损创面患者进行研究,根据随机抽签法进行分组,将其分为试验组和对照组,每组20例。对照组患者选择常规皮瓣植皮治疗,试验组采用新型人工植皮治疗,比较两组患者的治疗效果,手术时长、术中失血量、术后排气时间及住院时间。结果试验组患者的治疗效果显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);且试验组患者手术时长、术中失血量、术后排气时间及住院时间均小于于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论人工植皮技术运用于手足皮肤缺损创面患者的植皮治疗能够显著提升患者的治疗效果,降低治疗过程中的不良反应,提升预后效果。Objective To observe and analyze the effect of artificial skin transplantation in the treatment of hand and foot skin defect.Methods From March 2019 to March 2020,40 patients with hand foot skin defect in Dongguan Kanghua Hospital were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and reference group,with 20 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional skin flap grafting,while the experimental group was treated with new artificial skin grafting.The therapeutic effect,operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay time of the two groups were compared.Results The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);and the operation time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative exhaust time and hospital stay time of the experimental group were all shorter than those of the reference group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of artificial skin grafting in the treatment of patients with hand foot skin defect can significantly improve the treatment effect of patients,reduce the adverse reactions in the treatment process,and improve the prognosis effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
