剖宫产术后早孕人工流产与药物流产治疗效果临床分析

摘　　要：目的分析剖宫产术后早孕人工流产与药物流产的治疗有效性。方法选取苏州工业园区星浦医院2019年3月至2020年4月收治的116例剖宫产术后早孕患者作为观察对象,按照患者自身意愿选择流产方式,分为对照组和观察组,各58例。对照组患者实施药物流产,观察组患者实施口服米索前列醇的人工流产,对比两组流产治疗的有效性。结果观察组剖宫产术后早孕患者治疗后的出血时间、出血量、孕囊排出时间均短于对照组剖宫产术后早孕患者(P<0.05);观察组剖宫产术后早孕患者治疗后的流产失败率和不良反应发生率均低于对照组剖宫产术后早孕患者(P<0.05)。结论针对剖宫产术后早孕患者实施口服米索前列醇联合人工流产的治疗有效性较高,流产成功率较高,利于患者预后及康复。Objective To analyze the therapeutic effectiveness of induced abortion and drug abortion in early pregnancy after cesarean section.Methods Totally 116 patients with early pregnancy after cesarean section admitted to Suzhou Industrial Park Xingpu Hospital from March 2019 to April 2020 were selected as observation subjects.According to patients'own wishes,they were divided into control group and observation group,with 58 cases each.The control group received medical abortion,and the observation group received oral misoprostol induced abortion,and the effectiveness of abortion treatment was compared between the two groups.Results The observation group after cesarean section in patients with early pregnancy after treatment of bleeding time,blood loss,gestational sac discharge time were shorter than those in the control group after cesarean section(P<0.05);the abortion failure rate and incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oral misoprostol and artificial abortion are effective in the treatment of early pregnancy after cesarean section.
