腹腔镜胆囊切除术应用于胆结石治疗中的效果及安全性

摘　　要：目的研究分析在胆结石治疗中实行腹腔镜胆囊切除术的临床效果和安全性。方法选取2017年12月至2019年3月济南市历城区中医医院收治的106例胆结石患者为研究对象。按治疗方式的不同分为对照组与观察组,每组53例。对照组实行开腹胆囊切除术治疗,观察组则实行腹腔镜胆囊切除术治疗,观察并评估患者治疗的总有效率、各临床指标以及并发症发生率情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率显著高于对照组(96.23%vs.79.25%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。临床各指标比较,观察组的出血量少于对照组,而手术时间、术后排气时间、胃肠功能恢复时间、下床活动时间以及住院时间均短与对照组(P<0.05)。观察组并发症发生率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论腹腔镜胆囊切除术临床测评疗效更显著,可有效缩短住院时间,减少并发症发生。Objective To study and analyze the clinical effect and safety of laparoscopic cholecystectomy in the treatment of gallstones.Methods A total of 106 patients with gallstones admitted to Licheng District Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2017 to March 2019 were selected as the research objects.According to different treatment methods,they were divided into control group and observation group,53 cases in each group.The control group was treated with open cholecystectomy,while the observation group was treated with laparoscopic cholecystectomy.The total effective rate,clinical indicators and incidence of complications were observed and evaluated.Results The overall efficient rate of the treatment was significantly higher in the observation group than in the control group(96.23%vs.79.25%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).When each index was compared clinically,less blood loss was observed in the observation group than in the control group,whereas the operative time,postoperative flatus time,recovery of gastrointestinal function,time to ambulation,and duration of hospital stay were all shorter compared with the control group(P<0.05).The complication rate was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopic cholecystectomy can effectively improve the therapeutic effect of gallstone patients,accelerate the recovery of gastrointestinal function,reduce the incidence of complications,and has high clinical value.
