摘　　要：在分析我国MBA教育现状和存在问题的基础上,以闽江学院为例,提出在“公办社助”人才培养模式下构建创业与创新方向的MBA专业学位研究生教育质量保障体系的措施,切实保证MBA培养质量。This paper takes Minjiang University as an example to conduct an analysis of the current situation and existing problems of MBA education in China,and proposes measures to establish a quality assurance system for the graduate education of MBA professional degree in the direction of entrepreneurship and innovation under the talent training model of"social assistance for public universities"to effectively ensure MBA education quality.
