摘 要:针对当前分布式电源的发展以及状态检修模式的要求,科学合理地在配电网检修中对分布式电源出力不确定性加以考虑具有重大意义。为此,构建了考虑分布式电源接入的配电网状态检修决策优化模型。首先分析了设备状态检修工作中设备在线监测与评估技术的要求与现实条件差异,提出了综合设备状态评估与状态预测的检修设备集构建方法,在得到检修设备集的基础上,构建了检修时间优化与负荷转移优化相协调的双层优化模型。其中检修时间优化为以检修风险和故障风险为目标的多目标优化模型,负荷转移优化为考虑分布式电源出力不确定性的两阶段模型,通过对双层优化模型的求解,得到满足非劣关系的可行方案集,进一步采用总体目标贴近度法完成决策过程,确定最终的检修方案,最后分别采用IEEE33节点配电系统与RBTS Bus2配电系统进行算例仿真与对比分析。In view of the development of current distributed power supply and the requirement of state maintenance mode,it is of great significance to consider the uncertainty of distributed power output and state maintenance mode in scientific and reasonable maintenance of distribution network.Based on this,this paper constructs a optimization model of distribution network maintenance decision considering DG.First of all,by analyzing the difference between the requirements of equipment on-line monitoring and evaluation technology and the actual conditions,this paper puts forward the construction method of maintenance equipment set for state evaluation and state forecasting.Based on the set of maintenance equipment,a two-layer optimization model is proposed to optimize the maintenance time optimization and load transfer optimization.The optimization of the load transfer is a two-stage model considering the uncertainty of DG output.By solving the double-layer optimization model,the scheme of satisfying the non-inferior relationship is obtained.set.Then the objective goal close degree method is used to make the objective decision-making process,and the optimal scheme is selected as the final maintenance plan.Finally,the IEEE33 node distribution system and the RBTS Bus2 power distribution system are simulated and compared respectively.
