摘　　要：自我教育是当代大学生终生发展的重要途径。当前大学生的自我教育意识强、形式多样、内容丰富,但也存在自我教育认识不足、执行能力不强、实际运用单一、重成才轻修养等问题,且易受外界不良环境的影响,导致自我教育容易偏离正轨。新时期,辅导员需要把握大学生自我教育的特点,做好角色定位,创新教学和管理方式,从政治方向、思想观念、道德行为、理想信念等方面做好引导,帮助大学生提升自我教育与自我管理能力。Self-education is an important approach to the lifelong development of contemporary college students.At present,as far as self-education is concerned,college students’awareness is strong,the forms are diverse,and the contents are rich.But there are also problems such as insufficient self-education awareness,weak execution ability,single practical application,emphasis on success over accomplishment,etc.Besides,they are easily affected by the adverse external environment,leading to the deviation of self-education from the right track.In the new period,counselors need to grasp the characteristics of college students’self-education,do a good job in positioning,innovate teaching and management methods,and guide them from the political direction,ideology,moral behavior,ideals and beliefs,etc.to help college students improve their self-education and self-management ability.
