摘　　要：南京工程学院电气工程专业针对行业的需求,结合企业项目设计与产品的开发,融合本科教学中的专业知识与专业技能的学习和培养方法,设计工程化项目教学内容,规范教学方法并严控教学过程及教学质量,开展校企协作式“卓越工程师”工程化项目教学,探索出了一套能提升学校电力专业学生创新意识、拓展科研思路、提高基本技能的工程化项目教学方法,能够缩减电力系统行业需求与学校毕业生供给的质量缺口。In view of the demand of the industry,combining the design of enterprise project and the development of the product,the learning and training methods of professional knowledge and professional skills in the undergraduate teaching are integrated,the teaching content of engineering project is designed,the teaching method is standardized,the teaching process and the quality of teaching are strictly controlled,and the teaching guidance of the school enterprise association is carried out,and The students in the“Excellent Engineer”class carry out the engineering project teaching,explore a set of engineering project teaching methods suitable for the innovation consciousness,scientific research ideas and basic skills training of the electric power major students,carry out the teaching reform,reduce the demand of the power system industry and the quality gap of the supply of the school graduates.
