摘　　要：文章介绍了在EPC总承包模式下,某抽水蓄能电站在标准工艺应用管理策划、制度建立、过程管控、标准工艺示范区建设和总结推广等方面管理模式和经验,可为大中型水电站EPC管理提供参考。The article introduces the management mode and engineering experience of a pumped storage power station in standard process application management planning,system establishment,process control,construction,experience summary and promotion of standard process demonstration area under the EPC general contracting mode,which can provide reference for EPC management of large and medium-scale hydropower stations.
