温肺降逆法联合盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:探究温肺降逆法联合盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液治疗老年支气管哮喘的临床疗效。方法:选取老年支气管哮喘患者80例,分为对照组和观察组,各40例。两组均采用常规及对症支持治疗,在此基础上对照组单纯实施盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液治疗,观察组通过温肺降逆法联合盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液治疗,比较两组临床疗效和用力肺活量(FVC)、第1s用力呼气容积(FEV1)、每分钟最大通气量(MVV)等肺部功能。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前两组FVC、FEV1、MVV比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后两组FVC、FEV1、MVV水平均高于治疗前,且观察组FVC、FEV1、MVV水平高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:温肺降逆法联合盐酸氨溴索葡萄糖注射液应用在老年支气管哮喘的治疗中,可促进患者肺部功能的改善,值得临床推广应用。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of method of warming lung and descending adverse qi combined with ambroxol hydrochloride glucose injection in the treatment of elderly bronchial asthma.Methods:80 elderly patients with bronchial asthma were selected and divided into control group and observation group,40 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with routine and symptomatic support treatment.On this basis,the control group was only treated with ambroxol hydrochloride and glucose injection,while the observation group was treated with method of warming lung and descending adverse qi combined with ambroxol hydrochloride and glucose injection.The clinical efficacy,forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV1),maximum ventilation volume per minute(MVV)and other lung functions of the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in FVC,FEV1 and MVV between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of FVC,FEV1 and MVV in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the levels of FVC,FEV1 and MVV in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Method of warming lung and descending adverse qi combined with ambroxol hydrochloride glucose injection in the treatment of bronchial asthma in the elderly,the effect is significant,can promote the improvement of lung function in patients,it is worthy of clinical application.
