消痔汤熏洗辅助自动痔疮套扎术+外痔切除术对混合痔患者疼痛及创面愈合的影响研究

摘　　要：目的:探究中药熏洗辅助手术对混合痔患者疼痛及创面愈合的影响。方法:采用随机数表法将86例混合痔患者分为观察组和对照组,每组43例。观察组行消痔汤熏洗辅助自动痔疮套扎术+外痔切除术,对照组行自动痔疮套扎术+外痔切除术,比较两组术后观察指标以及临床疗效,并对术后并发症进行分析。结果:观察组疼痛消失时间、出血消失时间、坠胀感消失时间、创面愈合时间均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:消痔汤熏洗辅助自动痔疮套扎术+外痔切除术可有效缓解混合痔患者术后疼痛感,缩短创面愈合时间,提高临床疗效。Objective:To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine fumigation assisted surgery on pain and wound healing in patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:86 cases of mixed hemorrhoids were randomly divided into observation group and control group,43 cases in each group.The observation group was treated with Xiaozhi decoction fumigation assisted automatic hemorrhoid ligation+external hemorrhoidectomy,and the control group was treated with automatic hemorrhoid ligation+external hemorrhoidectomy.The postoperative observation indexes and clinical efficacy of the two groups were compared,and the postoperative complications were analyzed.Results:The pain disappearance time,bleeding disappearance time,swelling feeling disappearance time and wound healing time of the observation group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xiaozhi decoction fumigation assisted automatic hemorrhoids ligation+external hemorrhoids resection can effectively relieve postoperative pain in patients with mixed hemorrhoids,shorten wound healing time,and improve clinical efficacy.
