摘  要:为了提高对EHB系统轮缸目标压力跟踪的快速性和准确性,提出了基于BangBang-模糊PI组合控制的轮缸压力跟踪方法。分析了EHB系统工作原理,建立了EHB系统数学模型;融合了BangBang控制快速跟踪和模糊PI控制精确跟踪的优势,以轮缸压力跟踪误差为阈值,提出了BangBang-模糊PI组合控制方法;跟踪前期由于误差较大,使用BangBang控制使轮缸压力迅速逼近目标值,跟踪后期由于误差较小,使用模糊PI控制实现轮缸压力精确跟踪。经仿真验证可以看出,在增压和减压过程中,组合控制方法能够快速跟踪目标压力,比模糊PI控制在耗时上减少了一倍;在保压过程中,组合控制可以实现对压力完全跟踪,克服了BangBang控制的振动缺陷。To improve tracking rapidity and accuracy of EHB system wheel cylinder pressure,wheel cylinder pressure tracking method based on BangBang-Fuzzy PI composite control is put forward.Working principle of EHB system is analyzed,and mathematical model of EHB system is built.Fast tracking advantage of BangBang control and high tracking accuracy advantage of Fuzzy PI control are composited,choosing wheel cylinder pressure tracking error as threshold,BangBang-Fuzzy PI composite control method is proposed.In the preliminary,in view of the big error,BangBang control is used to make wheel cylinder pressure approach the goal rapidly.In the later stage,in view of small error,Fuzzy PI control is used to track the goal accurately.Clarified by simulation,in the process of pressure increasing and dumping,the goal pressure can be tracked rapidly by composite control method,the time cost of which is half of Fuzzy PI control.In the process of keeping pressure,the goal pressure can be complete tracked by composite control,which overcome vibration shortcoming of BangBang control.
