摘 要:针对挤出式FDM 3D打印喷头结构进行优化设计。采用数值模拟方法,建立了喷头有限元分析模型,分析了不同的加热套材料、不同加热棒数量、不同材料腔直径对喷头温度分布的影响规律,确定了优化的结构,并制作挤出式FDM3D打印喷头。用红外热像仪对喷头温度分布进行了测量,喷嘴处实测温度和模拟温度偏差为0.59℃,推杆与材料腔的配合间隙在预测范围之内。在150℃加热条件下采用PCL(聚己内酯)颗粒材料进行挤出测试,出丝过程连续、均匀、推杆上下运动灵活、材料腔内没有材料溢出,推杆及材料腔的配合间隙满足设计要求。The structure of extruded FDM 3D printing nozzle is optimized.The FEA model of the nozzle was established.The influence of different heating sleeve materials,different number of heating rods and different diameter of material cavity on the temperature distribution of the nozzle was analyzed.The optimized structure was determined and the extruded FDM 3D printing nozzle was made.The temperature distribution of the nozzle was measured by infrared thermal imager.The deviation of measured and simulated temperatures at the nozzle was 0.59℃.The fit clearance between the push rod and the material cavity was within the predicted range.PCL(polycaprolactone)grain was used for extrusion test at 150℃.The extrusion process was continuous,uniform,the push rod moved up and down flexibly,there was no material overflow from the material cavity of the heating sleeve,and the fit clearance between the push rod and the material cavity met the design requirements.
