摘 要:针对民机维修间隔优化的问题,运用可靠性分析和可用性分析的方法确定最优维修间隔。对于符合三参数威布尔分布的民机部件,提出采用改进的极大似然估计法求解分布参数估计值;并以可靠度阈值为约束条件,可用度最大为目标,建立了预防性维修间隔优化模型。利用遗传算法进行求解,制定出最优维修间隔。通过实例分析,讨论了部件在不同维修水平下的最优维修间隔,结果表明该优化模型能够较好地制定出符合要求的最优维修间隔,为民航企业合理制定维修计划提供了理论依据。In view of the optimization of the maintenance interval of civil aircraft,the method of determining maintenance interval based on reliability analysis and availability analysis was studied.The improved maximum likelihood estimation method was proposed to identify the distribution parameter estimation of civil aircraft components whose life data meets the three-parameter Weibull distribution.The preventive maintenance interval optimization model was established which with reliability threshold as a constraint and the maximum availability as the goal.And the optimal maintenance interval was determined by genetic algorithm.Finally,Through the example analysis that the optimal maintenance interval of components under different maintenance levels was discussed.The result shows that the optimization model can better formulate the optimal maintenance interval that meets the requirements,which provides a theoretical basis for civil aviation enterprises to make reasonable maintenance plans.
