摘　　要：在移动互联网技术的应用背景下,以机械加工工艺卡片为研究对象,提出了基于移动端APP的机械加工工艺卡片管理系统的设计思路。分析了系统的功能要求,构建了基于"普通PC端+移动APP端"混合架构的系统总体方案,设计了产品工艺流程图的数据模型以及系统数据库结构。详细给出了系统关键技术与实现方法,主要包括工艺流程图与工艺卡片管理模块设计方法、面向移动APP的服务器端接口设计方法与移动端APP设计方法等。在此基础上,开发了基于移动端APP的机械加工工艺卡片管理系统。该系统界面友好、操作简便,能够很好的满足企业实际应用需要。Under the background of the mobile internet technology,taking the machining processing technology card as research object,the design idea of the management system of machining process card based on mobile APP was proposed.The functions of the system were analyzed,the overall scheme of the system based on the"ordinary PC+mobile APP"mixed architecture was constructed,and then the data model of process flow diagram and the system database structure were designed.The key technologies and implementation methods,including the management module design of process flow diagram and process card,the server interface design oriented to mobile APP,and the mobile APP design were described in detail.On this basis,the management system of machining process card based on mobile APP was developed.The system has friendly interface and simple operation,which can well meet the practical application needs of enterprises.
