摘　　要：目的:分析硝酸甘油软膏辅助改良内括约肌侧切术在陈旧性肛裂中的应用效果。方法:将我院80例陈旧性肛裂患者随机分为2组,对照组患者进行改良内括约肌侧切术治疗,观察组予以硝酸甘油软膏外用辅助改良内括约肌侧切术治疗,比较两组治疗前后相关症状积分改善情况,并对比疗效、疼痛情况及复发情况。结果:两组治疗3d后的便血、便秘症状积分比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组治疗结束时以上积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组疗效及疼痛程度均优于对照组,比较均有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组复发率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:采用硝酸甘油软膏辅助改良内括约肌侧切术治疗陈旧性肛裂能有效消除肛门疼痛、便血等症状,还能降低复发率,是治疗陈旧性肛裂的有效方法。Objective:To analyze the application effect of nitroglycerin ointment assisted modified internal sphincter lateral resection in the treatment of old anal fissure.Methods:80 cases of old anal fissure in our hospital were divided into two groups.The control group was treated with modified internal sphincter lateral resection,and the observation group was treated with nitroglycerin ointment assisted modified internal sphincter lateral resection.The improvement of related symptom scores between the two groups before and after treatment was compared.Andthe curative effect,pain and recurrence were compared.Results:There was no significant difference in the scores of hematochezia and constipation symptoms between the two groups after 3 days of treatment(P>0.05);the above scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The effect and pain degree of the observation group were better than that of the control group,and there were statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of observation group was lower than that of control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of nitroglycerin ointment in the treatment of old anal fissure can effectively eliminate the anal pain,blood in the stool and other symptoms,and reduce the recurrence rate,is an effective method for the treatment of old anal fissure.
