摘 要:主要研究不同预紧系数下超高压绕丝式容器绕丝截面类型对其疲劳寿命的影响。首先基于第三强度理论计算筒体等效应力最小预紧系数η_p,并在大于η_p基础上等差选取5个预紧系数,分别计算出相应的筒体尺寸,研究预紧系数对筒体尺寸的影响;其次建立绕丝筒体结构三维有限元模型,其中针对3种钢丝截面(扁形,圆形,菱形),按照等剪应力缠绕方式计算各层预紧力,通过等效温度应变施加该预紧力,并考虑层间摩擦力的影响;最后使用ANSYS Workbench数值求解预紧和工作状态的应力分布,利用Paris公式对绕丝筒体疲劳性能进行分析。结果表明:增大预紧系数虽可提高该筒体结构的疲劳寿命,但将导致筒体尺寸的增加;从疲劳性能考虑,菱形截面优于扁带形截面,扁带形截面优于圆形截面。The influence of the wire-section type for ultra-high pressure wound wire cylinder on the fatigue life with different preload coefficient is studied.Firstly,the minimum preload coefficientηp is calculated based on the third strength theory.Then 5 preload coefficients aboveηp are selected and their cylinder size is calculated respectively.Next the 3D finite element models including three kinds of winding sections(flat,round,diamond)are established according to the method of equal shear stress winding.The pre-tightening force in each layer is calculated and applied through the equivalent temperature strain method which the influence of inter-layer friction is taken into account.Lastly,the fatigue life of the wound cylinder is analyzed using the Paris formula.The results show that increasing the preload coefficient of the cylinder can improve its fatigue life,but it will lead to increasing its size;Diamond section is better than the flat section,and the flat section is better than the round section in terms of fatigue life.
