摘　　要：卧式螺旋离心机在长时间运行过程中可能会出现振动问题,这就影响卧式螺旋离心机运行效果和现实作用。基于此,就需要应用动平衡技术对卧式螺旋离心机振动问题进行优化调整,保证卧式螺旋离心机运行的稳定性和安全性,从而满足各项工作对卧式螺旋离心机运行提出的要求。同时还应保证卧式螺旋离心机运行维护人员对动平衡技术有所了解,借以保证动平衡技术在卧式螺旋离心机振动问题调整中发挥最大作用。Vibration problems may occur in the long-term operation of horizontal spiral centrifuge,which affects the operation effect and practical effect of horizontal spiral centrifuge.Based on this,it is necessary to apply dynamic balance technology to optimize and adjust the vibration problem of horizontal spiral centrifuge,so as to ensure the stability and safety of horizontal spiral centrifuge operation,so as to meet the requirements of various work on the operation of horizontal spiral centrifuge.At the same time,it is also necessary to ensure that the operation and maintenance personnel of the horizontal spiral centrifuge have a good understanding of the dynamic balance technology,so as to ensure that the dynamic balance technology can play a maximum role in the vibration problem adjustment of the horizontal spiral centrifuge.
