摘 要:随着经济发展,公众对各项基础设施的需求不断提高,国家将加大基础设施建设作为工作的重点。电子信息技术现已被广泛应用于社会的诸多领域之中,其极大地改善了生产的落后,使产品质量得到了质的飞跃。大型机械的应用为制造商带来便利的同时也对其管理提出了挑战。传统的大型机械管理以人力检修为主,导致其用工成本不断增加成为企业转型升级的阻碍。因此应将电子信息技术与机械管理相结合,实现对机械的智能化管控。利用嵌入式软PLC技术进行智能控制器设计。With the development of economy,the public's demand for various infrastructures is increasing,and the state will increase infrastructure construction as the focus of work.Electronic information technology has been widely used in many fields of society,which greatly improves the backward production and makes the quality of products get a qualitative leap.The application of large machinery brings convenience to manufacturers,but also challenges its management.The traditional management of large-scale machinery is mainly based on human maintenance,which leads to the continuous increase of labor cost,which hinders the transformation and upgrading of enterprises.Therefore,electronic information technology and mechanical management should be combined to achieve intelligent control of machinery.The intelligent controller is designed by using embedded soft PLC technology.
