摘　　要：莱钢1880 m^3高炉是国内仅有的喷吹粒煤的高炉,为缓解喷吹煤供应压力,扩大用于高炉喷吹的燃料品种范围,2020年莱钢1880 m^3高炉开始使用兰炭作为喷吹燃料之一。燃料变化对炉况带来了一定的影响,高炉操作者分析粒状兰炭在高炉内燃烧行为,并综合利用上部调剂等手段稳定了炉况,使喷吹粒煤的高炉可以适应兰炭作为燃料。Laiwu Steels 1880m^3 blast furnace is the only blast furnace injecting granular coal in China.In order to relieve the supply pressure of pulverized coal and expand the fuel range for blast furnace injection,Laiwu Steel 1880m^3 blast furnace began to use semi-coke as one of the injected fuels in 2020.The change of fuel has a certain influence on the furnace condition.The operators of blast furnace analyzed the combustion behavior of granular semi-coke in the blast furnace,and comprehensively used the upper adjustment and other means to stabilize the furnace condition,and so that the blast furnace with granular coal injection can adapt to the use of semi-coke as fuel.
