摘 要:以MG300/700-WD型采煤机为例,对截割夹矸煤层时采煤机截割部行星架进行受力分析,建立行星架的三维模型,并利用ANSYS对行星架进行了应力分析和模态分析,找出行星架最薄弱的部位并提出了结构改进意见,确保采煤机在截割夹矸煤层时行星架能满足使用要求。MG300/700-WD shearer was taken as an example,the planetary carrier of the cutting part of the shearer which is cutting coal seam with gangue was analyzed, and the three-dimensional model of the planetary carrier was established. The stress analysis and modal analysis of the planetary carrier were carried out by using ANSYS. The weakest part of the planetary carrier was found out and the suggestions for structural improvement were put forward to ensure that the planetary carrier of the shearer can cut the gangue coal seam meet the use requirements.
