摘  要:矿用自卸车车架上的焊缝位置存在应力集中及残余应力,使该位置容易产生疲劳破坏,严重影响矿用自卸车的安全行驶。对焊缝处的受力状态进行数值模拟分析,采用超声冲击设备对焊缝位置进行应力消除试验。采用盲孔法对试验前后焊缝位置的残余应力进行检测。结果表明,经超声冲击焊接应力消除设备处理后,焊接接头的力学性能无明显改善,焊缝位置的残余应力变化明显,残余拉应力被消除,并预置了较高的残余压应力,使焊缝得到局部强化。There are stress concentration and residual stress in the welding seam position on the frame of the mining dump truck, which makes this position easy to cause fatigue damage and seriously affects the safe use of the mining dump truck. Numerical simulation was performed on the force state of the weld, and use ultrasonic impact equipment to perform stress relief test on the weld position. The blindhole method was used to detect the residual stress of the weld before and after the test. The results show that there is no obvious change in the mechanical properties of the weld joint,the residual stress at the weld position has changed significantly after being processed by ultrasonic impact equipment. The residual tensile stress is eliminated, and a higher residual compressive stress is preset to strengthen the welding seam locally.
