摘 要:针对薄煤层综采工作面由进回风巷道和回采工作面高度差而导致的三角区顶板难控制、架间漏矸严重的问题,采用工作面与巷道连接处垂直掘进、工作面不破顶板的方式,进行了综采工作面支架布置,并研制了一种适用于薄煤层工作面的新型端头液压支架。在袁大滩煤矿现场应用表明,该端头支架使用效果良好,三角区顶板控制的较为完整,架间侧护板贴合紧密,无漏矸现象,降低了煤炭含矸率5%,提高了煤质,具有广阔的应用前景。In view of the difficult control of triangle roof and serious leakage of gangue between supports caused by the height difference between the intake and return air roadway and the mining face in thin coal seam fully mechanized mining face,adopted the method of vertical driving at the connection between working face and roadway and not breaking the roof,carried out the support layout of fully mechanized mining face,and developed a new type of end hydraulic support suitable for thin coal seam working face. The field application in Yuandatan coal mine shows that the application effect of this end support is good. The roof control of triangle area is relatively complete. The side guard board between supports is closely connected, and there is no leakage of gangue. The gangue rate of coal is reduced by 5%, and the coal quality is improved. It has a wide application prospect.
