摘 要:为解决传统重锤张紧装置在某些场合因空间限制而不能使用的问题,提出了一种新型重锤张紧装置,采用配重块与改向滚筒合二为一的结构形式,有效缩短了竖向安装尺寸。以某工程项目为例,从空间占用和工程造价两方面对传统重锤张紧装置和新型重锤张紧装置进行对比分析,结果表明,新型重锤张紧装置竖向安装尺寸小,空间占用减少31%,而且工程造价更低。In order to solve the problem that the traditional heavy hammer tension device can not be used in some occasions due to space constraint,proposed a new type of heavy hammer tension device,which adopts the structural form of combining the counterweight block and the steering roller,effectively shortens the vertical installation size. Taking an engineering project as an example, the traditional heavy hammer tension device and the new type heavy hammer tension device were compared and analyzed from two aspects of space occupation and project cost.The results show that the vertical installation size of the new type heavy hammer tension device is smaller and the space occupation can be reduced by 31%, and the project cost is lower.
