摘 要:气举式和泵吸式2种反循环钻机由于施工原理的区别,导致施工工效存在差异。为研究气举式和泵吸式反循环钻机在软土地层水中超长桩施工时进度方面的区别,以选择更为高效合适的施工机具,将2种设备的工作原理进行对比,并结合桩基施工记录数据进行分析,发现2种钻机的施工质量均满足设计及规范要求,但气举式反循环钻机完成单根钻孔施工的时间短于泵吸式反循环钻机。研究发现,在软土地层中选用气举式反循环钻机进行超长桩施工的效率更高。Due to the difference of construction principle, the construction efficiency of air lift and pump suction reverse circulation drilling rig is different. To study the difference of construction progress between the air lift and the pump suction reverse circulation drilling rig in the construction of super long pile in soft soil layer in water, and to select more efficient and appropriate construction equipment, the working principles of the two kinds of equipment are compared and analyzed combined with the pile foundation construction record data. It is found that the construction quality of the two kinds of drilling rigs can meet the design and specification requirements, but the single drilling hole construction time of air lift reverse circulation drilling rig is shorter than that of the pump suction reverse circulation drilling rig. It is found that the air lift reverse circulation drilling rig is more efficient in the construction of super long piles in soft soil layer.
