摘 要:某办公楼基坑工程位于上海市中心城区,紧邻在建地铁并与地铁交错施工,施工工况复杂,保护要求严苛。以此为例,对基坑设计过程中的关键技术与对策进行分析,从微变形控制分区支护设计、交错工况及围护体系施工顺序、围护结构设计及承压水处理对策、支撑及栈桥设计、中隔墙换撑及拆除技术等方面,总结了针对性的设计控制措施,可为同类工程提供借鉴及参考。The foundation pit of an office building is located in the central urban area of Shanghai, which is adjacent to the subway under construction and constructed alternately with the subway. The construction conditions are complex and the protection requirements are strict. Taking this as an example, the key technologies and countermeasures in the process of foundation pit design are analyzed. From the aspects of micro-deformation control partition support design, alternate working condition and support system construction sequence, support structure design and pressure water treatment countermeasures, support and trestle design, middle partition wall support replacement and demolition technology, etc., the targeted design control measures are summarized, which can provide reference for similar projects.
