摘 要:为实现对软土地铁深基坑变形的有效控制,上海地区研制了支撑预加轴力的伺服系统,但该系统主要用于支撑轴力损失的补偿,未能完全实现对围护侧向变形的主动控制。为此,基于软土地铁车站深基坑施工的大量工程实践,提出并阐述了基于轴力伺服系统的围护侧向变形主动控制原理,包括主动控制理念、主动控制原理、主动控制策略与控制方法。该方法在上海浦东南路站深基坑环境保护中的应用,将深基坑围护结构的侧向变形控制至毫米级,确保了周边敏感环境的安全,值得推广和应用。To effectively control the deformation of subway deep foundation pit in soft soil, a servo system with pre-axial force is developed in Shanghai. However, the system is mainly used to compensate the axial force loss of the support, and can not fully realize the active control of the lateral deformation of the support structure. Therefore, based on a lot of engineering practice of deep foundation pit construction in soft soil subway station, the active control principle of the lateral deformation of the support structure based on axial force servo system is put forward and expounded, including active control concept, active control principle, active control strategy and control method. The method is applied to the environmental protection of deep foundation pit in Pudong South Road Station, which controls the lateral deformation of the deep foundation pit support structure to millimeter level, which ensures the safety of the surrounding sensitive environment and is worth popularizing and applying.
