摘  要:成都凤凰山体育中心体育馆屋盖为独立的大跨度双层双向曲面网架结构,网架跨度大、构件数量多,且馆内混凝土结构复杂,大型起重机械无法在场馆内施工。针对施工难点,结合现场实际条件,反复比较各种施工方案,最终确定高空累积滑移的施工方法,取得了理想的效果。对地面分块拼装、高空组装、累积滑移工艺、支撑结构体系设计、支撑胎架卸载等关键技术进行总结,以为类似工程积累相关经验。The roof of Chengdu Fenghuangshan Sports Center Gymnasium is an independent large-span double-layer bidirectional curved surface grid structure, which has a large span and a large number of components. Moreover, the concrete structure in the gymnasium is complex, and the large-scale hoisting machinery cannot be constructed in the gymnasium. Aiming at the construction difficulties, combined with the actual conditions of the site, various construction schemes are repeatedly compared, and the construction method of accumulative sliding at high altitude is finally determined, and the ideal effect is achieved. The key technologies of ground block assembly, high-altitude assembly, cumulative sliding process, support structure system design, support jig unloading and so on are summarized, so as to accumulate relevant experience for similar projects.
