摘  要:目的:为了优选对叶百部最佳产地加工方法。方法:分别采用直接干燥处理,烫制、蒸制不同时间及不同干燥方式处理等不同加工方法,以总生物碱、总多糖、水溶性浸出物、醇溶性浸出物为评价指标,采用综合评分法优选对叶百部的最佳产地加工方法。结果:对叶百部不同产地加工方法的综合评分值差异较大,蒸制40 min切片60℃烘干(0.9127)>烫制20 min切片60℃烘干(0.8847)>蒸制60 min切片60℃烘干(0.8127)>烫制40 min切片60℃烘干(0.7960)。结论:对叶百部的最佳产地加工方法为蒸制40 min切片60℃烘干,该方法科学合理,能较好地控制对叶百部药材的质量。Objective:In order to optimize the best habitat processing method of Stemona tuberosa Lour.Methods:Using different processing methods,such as direct drying,different scalding and steaming time and different drying methods,taking the total alkaloids,total polysaccharides,water-soluble extracts and alcoholsoluble extracts as evaluation indexes.The best habitat processing method of S.tuberosa Lour.was optimized by the comprehensive evaluation method.Results:The different habitat processing methods lead to different values of its comprehensive score for S.tuberosa Lour..The processing method of the highest score was 60℃drying after steaming for 40 min and slicing,and the comprehensive score was 0.9127.The processing methods of lower score were 60℃drying after scalding for 20 min and slicing and 60℃drying after steaming for 60 min and slicing,and the comprehensive scores were 0.8847 and 0.8127.The processing method of the lowest score was 60℃drying after scalding for 40 min and slicing,and the comprehensive score was 0.7960.Conclusion:The best habitat processing method was 60℃drying after steaming for 40 min and slicing of S.tuberosa Lour.The method is scientific and reasonable,and can control the quality of S.tuberosa Lour.
