加味化腐生肌散外洗治疗糖尿病足临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察超微中药保胰方内服联合加味化腐生肌散外洗治疗糖尿病足的临床疗效。方法:将2015年3月—2019年3月糖尿病足住院患者43例随机分为治疗组和对照组。治疗组在内科基础治疗、外科换药处理基础上予加味化腐生肌散外洗,而对照组予温开水外洗。两组均以28天为1个疗程。结果:治疗组总有效率95.7%,对照组总有效率85%,两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组;两组治疗前后足背动脉平均血流速度比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),但治疗后两组间比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:超微中药保胰方内服联合加味化腐生肌散外洗治疗糖尿病足疗效确切,为今后修改完善糖尿病足的中医诊疗方案提供了一定的基础。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Ultramicro traditional Chinese medicine baoyifang combinationed with Modified huafuShengjisan for treatment of diabetic foot by external washing.Methods:43 cases with diabetic foot were collected and randomly divided into treatment and control groups from March 2015 to March 2019.Ultramicro traditional Chinese medicine baoyifang united with Modified huafuShengjisan Washing was provided for treatment group,warm water washing was given for control group.28 days was a course of treatment for two groups.Results:The total effective rate were 95.7%and 85%for treatment group and contol group,respectively.Overall efficiency of two groups were statistically significant difference(P<0.05),and treatment group was better than the control group,along with the dorsal artery mean flow velocity before and after treatment for two groups(P<0.05).But there is no significant difference between the two groups after treatment.Conclusion:It is efficacy for treatment of diabetic foot by using Ultramicro traditional Chinese medicine baoyifang united with Modified huafuShengjisan external washing,and provided a foundation for revising and improving the Traditional Chinese medicine method on treatment of diabetic foot program.
