加味蜜煎导治疗急性脑梗死瘀热证的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察加味蜜煎导治疗急性脑梗死瘀热证的临床疗效。方法:将80例急性脑梗死瘀热证患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,各40例。对照组予常规治疗,治疗组加用加味蜜煎导,观察中医临床症状、NIHSS评分及Barthel指数。结果:治疗14 d后,治疗组症状明显改善、NIHSS评分明显降低、Barthel指数明显提高,且与对照组比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:加味蜜煎导能有效改善急性脑梗死瘀热证患者临床症状,提高生活质量。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacyof Augmented Honey-suppository in the treatment of phlegm-heat symptomsof acute cerebral infarctionnetwork.Methods:Total 80 patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases),on the basis of conventional therapy,the treatment group took Augmented Honey-suppository were also observed NIHSS score,Barthel Index change and clinical situation.Results:After 14 days of treatment,the symptoms of the treatment group were significantly improved,the NIHSS score was significantly reduced,and the Barthel index was significantly increased,and the difference between the treatment group and the control group was significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Modified honey decoction can effectively improve the clinical symptoms and quality of life of patients with acute cerebral infarction with blood stasis and heat syndrome.
