温胆汤合酸枣仁汤治疗痰湿中阻型失眠的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的:观察温胆汤合酸枣仁汤治疗痰湿中阻型失眠的临床疗效。方法:选取2018年1月—2020年1月我科收治的50例痰湿中阻型患者,根据入院顺序分成两组,各25例。对照组采用安定片治疗,实验组采用温胆汤合酸枣仁汤治疗。对照两组治疗前后睡眠质量评分、症状改善时间及治疗总满意率。结果:两组治疗前睡眠质量评分P>0.05。两组治疗后睡眠质量评分均明显下降,实验组睡眠质量评分明显低于对照组,实验组症状改善时间明显短于对照组,且实验组对治疗的总满意率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在痰湿中阻型失眠治疗中,采取温胆汤合酸枣仁汤,可以明显改善睡眠质量,缩短症状改善的时间,提升对治疗的总满意率,效果理想。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Wendan decoction combined with Suanzaoren decoction in treating insomnia caused by phlegm and dampness.Methods:A total of 50 patients with phlegm and dampness resistance were admitted to our department(from January 2018 to January 2020).They were divided into two groups according to the order of admission of the patients.The control group,and then 25 patients admitted to the hospital were treated with Wendan decoction combined with Suanzaoren decoction as the experimental group.The sleep quality scores,symptom improvement time,and total satisfaction rate of treatment were compared between the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Results:The sleep quality scores of the two groups of patients before treatment(P>0.05).The sleep quality scores of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced after treatment.The sleep quality scores of the experimental group were significantly lower than the control group.The symptoms of the experimental group were significantly shorter than the control group,and the overall satisfaction rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with phlegm and dampness insomnia,Wendan decoction combined with Suanzaoren decoction can significantly improve the quality of sleep after treatment,shorten the time of symptom improvement,and increase the overall satisfaction rate of patients with treatment.
