摘　　要：张铎教授经过多年的研究和实践,创建了一整套具有中西医结合特色的IgAN诊治体系,兹总结介绍张铎教授诊治IgA肾病的经验,以资同道借鉴和交流。After years of research and practice,Professor Zhang duo has created a set of IgAN diagnosis and treatment system with the characteristics of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.This paper summarizes and introduces professor Zhang duo's experience in the diagnosis and treatment of IgA nephropathy for reference and exchange.
