摘 要:为了分析圆盘密封螺旋泵泄漏通道的几何特性,基于螺旋泵的啮合特性及各运动部件之间的装配几何关系建立了各个泄漏通道的理论计算几何模型,得到了各个泄漏通道长度及面积的数学表达式。分析了密封圆盘半径和偏心距等因素对各个泄漏通道面积的影响,结果表明:在回流增压区域(-5°~5°)内,回流增压泄漏通道的面积远远大于其他泄漏通道;密封线间隙泄漏通道的面积随着密封圆盘半径的增大而增大,在啮合增压区,密封线间隙泄漏通道的面积会随着偏心距的增加而增大,在回程区,密封线间隙泄漏通道的面积会随着偏心距的增大而减小;偏心距越大,密封盘间隙泄漏通道的面积越小,且随螺杆的转动,面积变化趋势越陡峭,偏心距的变化不会改变密封盘间隙泄漏通道面积的最大值,最大值都是出现在螺杆转角=0°,180°,360°的位置处。通过对圆盘密封螺旋泵泄漏通道的几何特性分析,可为泄漏特性的研究提供理论基础。To analyze the geometric features of the leakage channel for the disc-seal screw pump(DSSP),a theoretical calculation geometric model of each leakage channel was established based on the meshing characteristics of the screw pump and the assembly geometric relationship between the moving parts.Using the above geometric model,the mathematical expressions of the length and area of each leakage channel were obtained.The influences of the radius and eccentricity of the sealing disk on the area of each leakage channel were analyzed.The results show that the area of the backflow pressurization leakage channel is much larger than that of other leakage channels in the recirculation pressurization region(-5°-5°).The area of the leakage channel of the seal line gap will increase with the radius of the seal disk.In the meshed pressurized area,this area will increase with the eccentricity;but in the return area,it will decrease with the eccentricity.The area of the leakage channel of the seal disc gap will decrease with the eccentricity,and the area change trend will be steeper with the increase of the eccentricity.The change of the eccentricity will not affect the maximum area of the leakage channel of the seal disc gap,and the maximum value always appears at the locations of=0°,180°,360°.Through the analysis on geometric features of the leakage channel of the disc-seal screw pump,a theoretical basis can be provided for the study of the leakage characteristics of disc-seal screw pumps.
