摘 要:为了研究河南油田春17井区稠油油藏注CO2开发的可行性,利用PVT装置开展了不同温度及压力条件下CO2在稠油中的溶解性、膨胀性及降黏效果研究,并通过填砂管实验研究了CO2吞吐及CO2-降黏剂复合吞吐的效果。结果表明:CO2在该稠油中具有较好的溶解性,当温度为40℃、压力为8.013 MPa条件下,CO2溶解度达到最大值89.233 kg/m3,原油膨胀系数为1.092,降黏率高达54.7%。CO2的吞吐效果主要取决于前4个轮次,采油量占总产量88.6%,最终采收率为32.1%;CO2-降黏剂复合吞吐主要取决于前3个轮次,采油量占总产量88.8%,最终采收率为35.2%。相对于CO2吞吐,CO2-降黏剂复合吞吐的开采轮次降低,但最终采收率有所提高。In order to study the feasibility of CO2 injection development in heavy oil reservoir of well block Chun 17 of Henan Oilfield,the solubility,expansibility and viscosity reduction effect of CO2 in heavy oil under different temperature and pressure conditions were studied by using PVT device,and the effects of CO2 huff-puff and CO2-viscosity reducer compound huff-puff were studied by sand filling tube experiment.The results show that CO2 has good solubility in the heavy oil.Under the condition of 40℃and 8.013 MPa,the solubility of CO2 reaches the maximum of 89.233 kg/m3,the expansion coefficient of crude oil is 1.092,and the viscosity reduction rate of it reaches 54.7%.The effect of CO2 huff-puff mainly depends on the first four rounds,the oil production accounts for 88.6%of the total production,and the final recovery is 32.1%;the effect of CO2-viscosity reducer compound huff-puff mainly depends on the first three rounds,the oil production accounts for 88.8%of the total production,and the final recovery is 35.2%.Compared with CO2 huff-puff,the production rounds of CO2-viscosity reducer huff-puff are decreased,and the final recovery is improved.
