摘  要:利用高能球磨法将纳米TiO2和CdS进行复合,制备能够响应可见光的纳米复合光催化剂CdS/TiO2。采用掺入法将复合CdS/TiO2等量替换水泥制备光催化混凝土试块,本实验研究了不同掺量(0、2%、5%、8%)对混凝土的光催化性能的影响。通过降解甲基橙的实验发现,在紫外光下,同掺量的纯TiO2混凝土与复合CdS/TiO2混凝土的催化性能相差不大;在可见光下,CdS/TiO2改性混凝土与纯TiO2混凝土相比,催化性能有所提高,5%掺量的CdS/TiO2(400r/min)混凝土光催化效果最佳,催化效率最高达到纯TiO2混凝土的1.4倍。Using high-energy ball mill to compound nano-TiO2 and CdS for making CdS/TiO2 composite photocatalysts which can respond to visible light.The cement was equivalent substituted by CdS/TiO2 composite photocatalysts to prepare concrete with incorporation method.In this experiment,the effects of different admixtures(0,2%,5%,8%)on the photocatalytic properties of concrete were studied.The experiment of methyl orange found that under ultraviolet light,the catalytic performance of the same amount of pure TiO2 concrete and composite CdS/TiO2 concrete is almost the same.Under visible light,the catalytic performance of composite CdS/TiO2 concrete is improved compared with pure TiO2 concrete,the photocatalytic effect of 5%CdS/TiO2(400r/min)concrete is the best,the highest photocatalytic efficiency was 1.4 times that of pure TiO2 concrete.
