摘 要:基于中国知网数据库,运用ucinet 6.0和SATI 3.2软件对国内烧结节能技术研究论文的发文量、作者、研究热点等情况进行统计和分析,结果表明:烧结节能技术研究热点主要集中在余热利用、厚料层烧结、抽风系统节能、点火装置优化以及其他技术五个方面;相关研究经历了由单纯的节能降耗向节能与减排并重、由降低工序能耗逐步向余热利用、由单纯的技术分析向模型辅助分析等三个方面的转变。未来烧结过程模拟技术和专家系统将促进烧结节能技术与过程智能化发展,从而实现烧结生产的高产、优质、低耗。This paper makes a statistic and analysis using ucinet 6.0 and SATI 3.2 through the CNKI data,for the research papers of energy saving technology in sintering,about total articles in source,the author and research focus,and concludes that:the research focus of energy saving technology in sintering mainly focuses on five aspects,such as waste-heat utilization,deep bed sintering,improve the ventilation system,optimized ignition device and other technologies.The related researches have undergone three transformations,namely,from simple energy saving to paying equal attention to energy saving and emission reduction,from process energy consumption reduction to waste heat utilization gradually,and from simple technical analysis to model-assisted analysis.In the future,sintering process simulation technology and expert system will promote energy saving technology and intelligent development of sintering process,so as to realize high yield,high quality and low consumption of sintering production.
