摘 要:目前高炉煤气湿法精脱硫还停留在理论研究阶段,干法精脱硫研究较多,且已有工业应用。文章重点介绍了湿法精脱硫中的水解转化和微晶吸附工艺流程,同时以高炉煤气量30万m3/h为标准,从投资费用、运行费用、占地面积、脱硫效果和系统可靠性等诸多方面进行了详细对比分析,为工程设计和用户选择方案提供了可靠的参考。At present,the method of wet fine desulfurization of blast furnace gas is still in the theoretical research,the dry fine desulfurization has been studied more and has been applied in industry.The paper mainly introduces the technological process of hydrolysis conversion and microcrystalline adsorption in the wet fine desulfurization.At the same time,taking the blast furnace gas volume of 300000 m3/h as the standard,the paper makes a detailed comparative analysis on investment cost,operation cost,floor area,desulfurization effect and system reliability.It provides reliable reference for engineering design and user selection scheme.
