摘 要:目的:构建医校联动的新入职本科护士循证护理培训方案内容,以期为本科护士入职培训提供方向和指导。方法:建立医校联动循证护理研究小组,在文献回顾的基础上初步拟定循证护理培训方案,运用德尔菲法对专家进行两轮函询,并通过小组讨论确定最终培训方案。结果:构建的医校联动新入职本科护士循证护理培训方案分为培训大纲、理论内容、实践应用、考核、效果评价5个一级指标,并延伸出了14个二级指标和50个三级指标。结论:德尔菲法构建的医校联动新入职本科护士循证护理培训方案具有可靠性,可为新入职本科护士循证护理培训提供借鉴。Objective:To construct the contents of evidence-based nursing training program for new undergraduate nurses under hospital-school cooperation,so as to provide direction and guidance for undergraduate nurses′induction training.Methods:Establishment of evidence-based nursing research group of school-hospital cooperation.Based on the method of literature review,the training program of evidence-based nursing was initially drawn up.Delphi method was used to conduct two rounds of consultation with experts,and the final training program was determined through group discussion.Results:The evidence-based nursing training program is divided into five first level indicators,including training outline,theoretical content,practical application,assessment and effect evaluation,and extends to 14 second level indicators and 50 third level indicators.Conclusion:Evidence-based nursing training program for new undergraduate nurses under hospital-school cooperation,which constructed by Delphi method is reliable and can provide reference for the training of new undergraduate nurses evidence-based nursing training.
