摘 要:目的探讨儿童医疗游戏辅导在学龄期重症肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法采用便利抽样法,选取2018年3月—2019年9月在复旦大学附属儿科医院急诊留观室住院的学龄期重症肺炎患儿80例为研究对象,根据患儿入院时间先后顺序将其分为对照组(n=37)和观察组(n=43)。对照组给予重症肺炎常规护理,观察组在此基础上采取儿童医疗游戏辅导干预。比较两组患儿住院期间心理情绪状况、治疗依从性及主要症状和体征消失时间。结果入院第3天,两组患儿焦虑、抑郁情绪较入院时减轻,观察组优于对照组(P均<0.05)。观察组患儿治疗依从性、主要症状和体征消失时间优于对照组(P均<0.05)。结论儿童医疗游戏辅导有利于减轻学龄期重症肺炎患儿住院期间的负性心理情绪,提高其治疗依从性,进而改善临床治疗效果,促进患儿康复。Objective To explore the effect of child life training in school-age children with severe pneumonia.Methods A total of 80 school-age children with severe pneumonia hospitalized in the emergency observation wards of Children's Hospital of Fudan University from March 2018 to September 2019 were selected by convenience sampling.They were divided into the control group(n=37)and the observation group(n=43)according to the order of admission.The children in the control group received routine nursing care for severe pneumonia,while the children in the observation group,on this basis,received child life training.The psychological status,the treatment compliance as well as the disappearance time of main symptoms and signs during hospitalization were compared between the two groups.Results On the Day 3 of admission,the anxiety and depression of children in the two groups were alleviated when compared with those at admission,and the situation in the observation group was superior to that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment compliance as well as the disappearance time of main symptoms and signs in the observation group were superior to those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Child life training is helpful to reduce the negative emotion of school-age children with severe pneumonia during hospitalization,improve their treatment compliance and clinical efficacy,and promote their rehabilitation.
