摘  要:以小麦玉米秸秆自动打捆机为研究对象,针对现阶段秸秆打捆出现的自动化程度低、打捆可靠度不高等问题进行分析,利用分布式操作系统建立秸秆自动打捆机控制系统,并选用一种椭圆式齿轮箱实现打捆机执行机构。打捆机结构设计完成后,进行控制系统软件设计,并进行搭载试验。结果表明:利用分布式操作系统搭建的秸秆自动打捆机,打捆损失率低,成捆率高,成捆密度高,各项指标均符合相关标准,且操作简便、稳定性高,可满足现阶段农业生产过程中的秸秆打捆要求。In this paper,the wheat and corn straw automatic baler is taken as the research object.Aiming at the problems of low automation and low reliability of straw baler,the control system of straw automatic baler is established by using distributed operating system,and an elliptical gearbox is selected to realize the executive mechanism of the baler.After the structural design of the baler,the software design of the control system is carried out,and the carrying test is carried out.Through the analysis of the test data,it can be seen that the straw automatic baler built by the distributed operating system has low bale loss rate,high bale rate and high bale density,and all the indexes meet the requirements of the relevant standards.In the test process,the operation of the baler is simple and stable.It can meet the straw binding requirements in the current agricultural production process.It provides a reference for the subsequent improvement of straw bale automation.
